The
fifth edition of the International Garden Festival began with
great success on 19 June and continues through until 3 October.
This
year the Festival celebrates the best in Canadian design and is
hosting five new gardens by visual artists, architects and landscape
architects from across the country, as well as four gardens which
were originally created in 2003. As in past years the Festival consists
of an extra-muros program, and an international component with the
presentation of Claude Cormier’s now famous Blue Stick Garden
in England.
